Trent Fox is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder of Polaris Aero, an aviation software company specializing in risk analysis and safety management systems.

Trent Fox holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle University. He is a former pilot for a major U.S. airline and has more than a decade of experience in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as an instructor and standardization pilot. He was recognized by the Air Force’s Air Training Command with a “Best Practice” award for his work and developed an automated operational risk assessment program for aircrews during his time with the Arizona Air National Guard. Trent has held various leadership positions including Director of Training, Special Task Force, Commander, Wing Current Operations, Chief of Wing Programming and Chief of Training, Joint Service Pilot Training in the U.S. Air Force. His expertise focuses on flight safety, risk management and leadership skills, which he applies in his role at Polaris Aero where he oversees daily operations and helps customers achieve their safety goals.
