Jenna Coleman is an English actress known for her roles in various TV series and films.
Jenna Coleman began her career in television. in 2005 she made her acting debut as Jasmine Thomas in the soap opera Emmerdale, followed by a recurring role in the BBC school drama series Waterloo Road (2009). She is best known for her BAFTA-nominated role as Clara in Doctor Who and for the title role in the Emmy-nominated ITV series Victoria. Most recently she starred as Marie-Andrée Leclerc in the gritty crime drama The Serpent for BBC and Netflix alongside Tahar Rahim, as well as in the critically acclaimed miniseries The Cry for BBC/Sundance. She has also been cast as Johanna Constantine in the upcoming Warner Brothers/Netflix series The Sandman.
