Drew Ashby is a partner at the law firm Ashby | Thelen | Lowry, where he is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic personal injury, defective products, and industrial accidents.

Drew Ashby has litigated in 15 states. He holds the record judgement in a large district in South Georgia. He has particular experience with cases involving defective automobiles, aerial lifts and cranes, ATVs, boats, industrial equipment, and a variety of consumer and household products. To date, manufacturers have issued four separate nationwide recalls as a result of his work. Most of these recalls have been done in an unprecedented manner – in the midst of litigation. Drew was named both a Rising Star (an honor given to only 2.5% of lawyers) and a Super Lawyer (only 5% of lawyers are selected).
