Andrew K. Cuddy is the founder and managing attorney of the Cuddy Law Firm, a law company specializing in special education law.
Andrew K. Cuddy began practicing special education law in 2000 to meet the growing demand for special education representation of children and families. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., Philosophy) and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps upon graduation. He served on active duty for nearly five years and is a veteran of the First Persian Gulf War. He earned his law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School (J.D., 1996). In addition to his work at the Cuddy Law Firm, Andrew K. Cuddy has authored books on special education, including "The Special Education Battlefield: A Guide to the Due Process Hearing and Other Tools of Effective Advocacy." He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Unity House, Inc. .
