Virginia A. Girard-Brady received a B.A. in English/Creative Writing from the University of Kansas in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in 1996. In 2000, she founded ABS Legal Advocates, P.A. to protect the rights of veterans. She is also President of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Kansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and the Federal District Court of Kansas.
