Walter H. Emroch is a retired American attorney and politician who served in the Virginia House of Delegates.

Walter H. Emroch was born on 3 November 1938 in Richmond, Virginia, and founded the personal injury law firm of Emroch & Kilduff in 1970. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School and then attended the University of Virginia and its law school, where he earned a bachelor's degree in 1961 and an LL.B. in 1964. He was first elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 1973 as one of four members of the 33rd Virginia House of Delegates. He served one term before being defeated in the 1975 primary election, but successfully ran again in 1977. He remained in office until 1982, when he was defeated by Republican Joseph B. Benedetti in the newly created 68th District. He has been recognized for his achievements in the field and has been a member of several prestigious legal associations, such as the Virginia State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, American Bar Association, and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
