Austin Phelps is the founding attorney of Ascend Law, a small law firm located just south of Seattle, Washington.

The firm provides high-quality legal services at a lower cost than larger firms while having better customer relations. Phelps specializes in SafeSport defense, divorce and custody for men, and criminal defense cases.

He is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law.

Phelps is passionate about sports and played ice hockey for twelve years in his youth. He also spent time at his family's gymnastics gyms.

When not building his firm, he enjoys skiing, walking his dog, or finding new restaurants.
