What This Document Is
Harvest, Codify, Distribute is the packet loop. Harvest is what to say. Codify is agreeing one version and making it machine-readable. Distribute is where to say it. What, how, and where is the whole method.
This document is the canonical Kalicube-hosted reference: the definition, the method, what it is not, and an honest statement that no granted Google patent describes these three verbs.
It is not one of the four fundamentals. Entity Home is the certify page. The Kalicube Process is the work order. The [Kalicube Flywheel](https://kalicube.com/entity/kalicube-flywheel/) is the loop. Harvest, Codify, Distribute is how the return runs. Claim-Frame-Prove is one fact inside Codify. Do not fold them.
Audience: marketers, SEOs, founders, and anyone who has a content calendar and no one copy of the facts.
The Definition
Harvest, Codify, Distribute is a three-step method coined by Jason Barnard in 2026. Harvest is what to say. Codify is agreeing one version of each answer and making it machine-readable. Distribute is where to say it. What, how and where is the whole framework.
Jason Barnard definition
Jason Barnard defines Harvest, Codify, Distribute as the standing loop once the facts exist. Harvest collects what the business already knows from the people who talk to customers, not from the marketing team. Codify has two halves: one database copy, always up to date, then structured HTML a bot can read on the first response, on a real URL. Distribute puts that same wording on the owned site first, then profiles the brand can change, then independent publications.

The How
Do this, in this order.
-
Harvest inside the business. Do not invent FAQ at a desk. Look at the FAQ they already have, reviews (a praise or a complaint that hides a question becomes a new FAQ item), the sales team (what they asked before they signed), client support (what they still do not understand after they signed), support tickets (the same words they used), and anything else already in the business.
-
Codify one copy. Advise a database: one copy of everything, finalised, always up to date. Google Docs and Drive may hold drafts. They are not the source of truth. For a Kalicube Pro client that database is claims. Do not invent a second harvest table.
-
Codify first-paint HTML. From that one copy, put the story on a real URL. Visible on the first HTML response. Headings, lists, and tables are allowed. The accordion is a guest. Host copy is the page. Do not hide the digested story only inside the accordion.
-
Each fact inside that copy uses Claim-Frame-Prove. Read Claim-Frame-Prove. This page does not re-teach Claim, Frame, or Prove.
-
Distribute the same wording. Website first (claim and frame). Then profiles and partner sites they can change (corroborate). Then PR and independent outlets (proof). A new sentence per channel is a new disagreement.
Harvest look inside the business
Codify one copy, then first-paint HTML
Distribute same wording, website first
Each step fails without the one before it.
Why Harvest, Codify, Distribute Matters
A marketing team that invents questions writes a brochure. The machine then has two stories: the brochure, and what customers actually asked.
One copy, always up to date, on a URL a bot can read, then the same words elsewhere, is how the flywheel has something to return.
In The Kalicube Process this loop sits after Entity Home is certifying the entity. Understandability still comes first.
What Harvest, Codify, Distribute Is Not
- Not three slogans. Each verb has a method. A poster that names the verbs is not the work.
- Not Claim-Frame-Prove. That is one fact inside Codify. This page is the packet.
- Not a harvest table in Pro. The store is claims. Drive is a draft.
- Not JS-only or accordion-only. First paint is the host page.
- Not a different wording per channel. Same words. New sentence is a new disagreement.
- Not the time-tracking product named Harvest. That company is a different entity.
- Not the page job. Which block this week is a different how.
Evidence
Kalicube did not find a granted Google patent that describes this three-step loop: look inside the business, agree one copy, print first-paint HTML, then push the same wording outward.
Search systems corroborate facts across sources. That is Claim-Frame-Prove Prove, not this packet. This page does not stretch those patents onto these three verbs.
A patent proves Google described a method. It does not prove Google ships that method in the form Kalicube uses, and it does not use the name Harvest, Codify, Distribute. Kalicube coined that name in 2026.
This page does not name unofficial leaked API fields.
